The whole world got attacked by aliens, and the only thing people knew how to do was hide and try to endure. So far Emily has managed to survive, but she doesn't know for how much longer she'll be able to. It gets harder with each day it passes, people get more desperate and do anything to make it another day. She struggles to keep her younger siblings alive, but they soon find their way into the 2nd Mass. What happens next

Falling Skies Fan fiction Hayden was your normal student with friends and worrying about assignments that needed to be handed in. That was until aliens invaded earth like a bad horror movie. Hayden joins the 2nd Mass. Quickly becoming well acquainted with a group of people who hate the Skitters as much as she does. Now on a journey to kill as many Skitters as possible, keep Earth from total annihilation and save the human race from extinction, Hayden finds being a heroine isn't all it's cracked up to be.

"Let's imagine for a moment that Benji's possessed and chasin' you through this damned place because we both know that's what's going to happen, how are you goin' to defend yourself? Appeal to his conscience? Please! You know that's a load of bull. Come on, River, what are you going to to do when he finally corners you? You'll be trapped. The inevitable will have finally arrived and no doubt he'll be armed with a gun, much like this one. There you'll be, pleadin' and protestin', hopin' your Benji will suddenly save you. She adds, whispering. She moved her head a little more into the pillow, causing her hair to fall in front of her face. I couldn't resist the urge to tuck the stands behind her ear. She opened her eyes and looked directly in mine. In that moment, there wasn't anything wrong.

They came without warning , destroyed everything in their path and wiped off most of humanity. But 2 years later , small groups of humans still resist their occupation. But this time , they're not alone anymore. With the help of newly found allies , they are slowly turning this war to the enemy ... or do they?. The enemy aliens have now been identified as the Esphemi / Espheni , and the human allies are the Volms. It's the turning point of the war that went on for too long and with the end in sight , the 2nd Mass will not stop at anything to get their revenge. But what will happen if in the end , the Volms are not who they thought they are? What if they are worst?

This story will be in the point of view of the mother of the three masons . I don't remember her name so I'll just make one up and she lives though the apocalypse. There's a forbidden love in the book.
