(Newt) "I will go look for Lyra. She has to be around here some where. The rest of you go look for the Credence." I said to the others. They nodded and ran off. I ran off my self. Lyra's powers are different she can't control them. Her emotions get in the way of her power. That's how the city is on fire. I saw an apartment with water leaking out of it. I went and checked on that place. Water was coming down from the stairs like a stream. I went up the stairs to find Lyra on the ground on her knees. Her hands covered her eyes. The water was coming from her. Her tears made the stream. I went over to her and she looked up at me. I went down to her. I wiped away her tears but they kept flowing. I took her by the shoulders and kissed her. (I should have done this earlier) i kissed her gently. Slowly her tears stopped. I stopped. Her scared eyes meant mine. The tears before were dark blue and an almost black color. This time, her tears were lighter, almost white. She cried tears of joy. Joy that I was there. "I won't let you go." She broke down from that. "T-Thank yo-you Newt" She managed to get out. I held her tight. "We have to go help the others." I said She nodded and I helped her up. I looked her in the eyes "This wasn't your fault." I said to her kindly. She nodded wiping her last tears away.

Requests Open! This book started out as a Barnaby x Reader Fan-Fiction one shot inspired by the Harry Potter, Hogwarts Mystery Mobile game. I am now trying to update it into a wider Fan-Fiction book which includes characters from Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts and Hogwarts Mystery (that universe).
