(This is a sequel to, "Sailor Moon Eternal: The Sequel: A party injury - part one.") Alexis (Me) and Lauren (My step-mom) are on holiday in San Antonio, and Mamoru has to look after Usagi and Chibi-Usa again. When they go to meet with the other girls, a fire erupts and she trips over a rock and lands on her leg breaking it again. Meanwhile, Ami and the others are trying to find the culprit who caused the fire. While poor Usagi is in the hospital with Mamoru, will the others find out who caused the fire?

Leo Valdez is so used to being able to do everything himself. Fix things, cook things and also look after everyone else while he's at it. But during their trip on the Argo II, Leo becomes sick with a very high fever and the crew takes turns in taking care of him, even if he doesn't want it. Germania is called Alaric, Rome is called Cornelius, and the Holy Roman Empire is referred to as Hans.
