Ari is a transfer student. No incredible backstory as to why she's moved, no debt troubles, no parents being secret agents and having to move to keep identities safe. Absolutely nothing of the sort. Ari finds comfort in being pretentious and all knowing, keeping people away so that she doesn't have to dwell in your average teenage drama, but when she meets a boy on the same level as her, things start to change.
