Dear diary: Lately, I've been feeling like a depressed philosopher. Documenting my feelings because it feels as though there's nothing else to do. I feel like I'm franz Kafka or Anne Frank. The only difference is that I'm trapped in my own body, alone with my own thoughts. The world is moving too fast and yet it is the slowest thing. If you're going through the same thing, or not, anyone is welcome to camp here and peruse through my 3 am thoughts. 31/12/2025

"But please, do not tell me your name, lest I get attached, just additional burden in the face of our inevitable parting." You awake, drenched in rain, on a street, alone at night. How did you get here? Where did you go? Where did you come from, Cotton Eye Joe. Franz Kafka x reader

A compilation dedicated to the life and writings of Franz Kafka. This book begins with a glimpse into Kafka's life and the world that shaped his work. It is followed by a collection of his quotes, excerpts from his writings, and later some of his letters to Milena. Kafka's words explore themes of identity, loneliness, and the strange complexities of human existence. This collection is meant for readers who admire his work or are discovering it for the first time.

**A paper that I wrote for my Franz Kafka class--Fall 2017 for an assigned ten page paper.** Due to so many people wanting to read it, I decided that I'd post it in here. Of course, it's only going to be one part because it's a paper, but regardless. I got a high grade on it so I thought it would be appropriate to add to my profile for anyone to read, since it's already graded. ***I repeat: it was an assigned paper. There will be no new parts.

"I, as a solitary individual, am powerless to alter the form or the span of the entrenched masses; thus, I am compelled to move and ultimately divert my course. And so I ran, unsettling the established order of beings, disturbing my own position amid the swarming multitude of scrupulous, distended scum. Such were the people in the town I fled from."

*Master draft* You know how books go through various Revisions until they are ready to be looked into as a independent Story ... this is one Snafu is just military terminology for "Situation Normal: All Fouled Up" This is basically a rebuttal to the original book metamorphosis by Franz Kafka Instead of the main character of the previous book being screwed over by others greed. the main character of this one Grace Kelly got screwed over by the the upper class addiction to money even though the outcome was completely different of her, taking after a predatory insect more related to prosperity and luck in Chinese culture yet still eats its family on occasion "praying mantis" The original book main I looked into the symbolism for I'm sure Franz Kafka picked "cockroach /dung beetle "for Gregor samsa And met it with "Wolf spider/praying mantis" for Grace Kelly it's the same exact vile nature just two different insects altogether Ones supposed to be dirty and the other Is supposed to be predatory Grace realizes the upper class will eventually be affected, just as harshly it will just take a little longer for karma to take place

Dedicated to all the unpublished and unaknowledged... Disclaimer: [TW: RPF fanfic] People die two deaths. The first one is physical, after which they end up in the void. And there they continue to live for as long as their names are remembered. When the last person who knew about them dies, the soul dies with it. And naturally, there are people, the creative, the unrecognized, who think they should be dead by now yet keep on living... For centuries. The memory goes on and on, for they unwittingly made history.

Gregor's Bug Life is a continuation of Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka. This story gives Gregor a second chance at life and an opportunity to perceive his metamorphosis not as a hinderance but as a superpower. We get to see how an "accident" in Gregor's life may been the greatest thing that has ever happened to him. Accompanied soundtrack is available for listening on Apple Music under "Gregor's Bug Life (honeybee1783)" playlist
