Between Rubble and Prayer is a collection of deeply personal poems inspired by the lives of ordinary people enduring the devastation of war in Gaza. These poems are not intended to document any one person's experience. Instead, they seek to honour the resilience, faith, love, grief, and humanity that can endure even in the darkest of circumstances. Through themes of family, loss, remembrance, patience (*sabr*), and unwavering trust in Allah, the collection reflects on what it means to hold onto hope when everything else has been taken away.
