" Larry, what are you doing?" Tristan stood, careful not to fall off the edge. "What's it look like? That is a military supply drop." He stood on the edge as well, gauging his drop. The night was rolling in along with the cold wind biting their cheeks. It was going to be dangerous. Larry glance at Tristan with concern. "I won't ask you to come with me brother. Good Night, and Good Luck." Stepping off the edge, he dissappeared to the darkness below. "Goddamn it." And with a huff, Tristan followed his brother. Into the hell of the night. He's actually quite fond of the human kind, especially their large buildings in New York. He doesn't really mind the towering heights that he finds himself on when he explores among their rooftops either. But when one human, a girl around his age, runs and does tricks among them, he can't help but wonder why she did the things she did. He tends to stick quite close to a few of his friends, and they knew that he had an interest in her, especially when she leaps right over his head. How will Esther react when the new guy in town begins following her? What will Ezrus do when he finds out that something isn't quite right with her? Will the two clash and break each other down or will they find out ways to help each other along their paths?

Bilang kapalit ay sumailalim sa batas ng Tsina ang Pilipinas. Ang O.C.I.P. ay naitatag sa kadahilanang protektahan ang anumang impormasyon na nakapaloob dito, ngunit kapalit nito ay kinailangang maging bukas ang lahat ng impormasyon ng bansang Pilipinas maging ang iba pang bansa na sumasailalim dito. Sa makatuwid, ang lahat ng konserbatibong impormasyon, maging ang social media, one ID system, government policies, business policies, bank accounts at assets ay mawawalan ng privacy. Nilalayon ng O.C.I.P. na protektahan ang interes nito. Makitaan lamang ng paglabag sa kahit na anong batas ang isang tao ay agad nitong matutukoy. Dahil alam ng mga ilegal na businessman at hacker ang kayang gawin ng One Cloud Information Policy, kinailangan nilang ihatid ang ilang mga mensahe hindi sa pamamagitan ng internet o ng world wide web. Gumagamit sila ng mga 'Runners'. Mga taong may angking bilis, at pisikal na lakas upang pagpasa-pasahan ang mga mensaheng ito hanggang sa makarating sa taong padadalhan nito. Sa estilong 'parkour' o 'free running', o pagtakbo sa itaas, gilid at kasulok-sulukan ng mga gusali at lansangan, nagagawa nilang lusutan ang mga awtoridad. Hindi sila napapansin ng mga pulis o ng militar dahil kaya nilang tumakbo, lumusot at animo'y makipaglaro sa kanila. Ito ang naging tanging paraan upang maprotektahan ang mga pribadong mensahe na ipinapadala ng underground group, rebelde maging ang mga pribado at mayayamang pamilya sa loob at labas ng bawat syudad.
