"So..." I said, the uncomfortable feeling growing larger in the pit of my stomach as the seconds pass by. "What now?" We all looked at each other waiting for someone to answer the question we were all thinking, until a voice spoke up. "We get Franks memory back." Gerard said. We all looked over at him but his eyes were glued to me. "I get Frank back."

Frank was walking back from a local show when he was mauled by a... he's really not sure what. Between the nightmares and his friends attempts at prying, Frank would rather pretend it never happened. Easier said than done. . This story features mild gore and themes of trauma.

Ray Toro is a normal guy. In his own words, a boring one. He lives alone, visits his friends every so often, plays guitar in his band, as well as alone, and never believed in the supernatural. He thought they belonged safely behind screens or trapped in book pages, where relief from the terror was a button press or page turn away. Unfortunately, though, one wrong step in the woods, and suddenly his life, and all of the beliefs he held, are derailed completely. He always thought of himself as adaptable to change, but it's possible he overestimated his abilities.
