My my mascara was running. It had started to rain heavily as I rushed from the office a late nite zoom call; for me getting caught in the rain was the last thing I wanted to do; I got put my seat belt harness on; started home. On the way there the phone rang; hello yes I'm on my way in. It was my best friend calling to make sure I'm ok ; got off the call, I said my usual prayer and proceeded to drive cautiously in the heavy rain storm. While driving I listened to the messages on voicemail; promising to clear the voicemail before the week was out. I arrived home there to greet me was my Spiritual mother , she greeted me with a smile and a hug . It's always good to see her greet me after a long day. All the formalities checked , how was your day checked are you felling ok checked, are u hungry checked. All the responses lovingly and gracefully responded all received checked responses and thank you for asking. My husband was out of town mostly ; he usually arrives around the middle of the month and is allowed to stay home til the end of the month. It was the 9th so he would not be arriving for another week if all goes well ; sometimes he has to work extra due to shortage of staff. I kissed my Spiritual mother and headed upstairs to a nice shower; I started the fireplace and started to shower; afterwards made a hot drink at my mini bar and called it a night. I remember saying my prayers and dozing off to bed.
