Furness Stories

Dear Friends, These stories are based on the later Railway Series Books that mention the Furness Railway. However, these stories are set many years before the main Railway Series in an alternate reality. It was a side-project of a larger series I am writing meant to act as a buffer (no pun intended) between the heavier work of the series. These stories are about a certain young engine who worked on the Furness Railway, before being loaned to the Sodor and Mainland Railway, and eventually ended up back working on the Furness Railway to give away his branch line and become a shunter.
