After a dangerous group takes several important political figureheads out of the equation, no doubt as a way to derail the Citadel project, Kipp 9's "father," a military buff known as Corwin Russell, agrees to take a state-of-the-art prototype warship through the territory of their worst enemy, the Xalorians, to rescue Hiro Tommy, prince, and next in line to the throne of Cloud City, but most importantly a spy who knows the key to everything! Along the way, they'll encounter new people and new Gunpla, embarking on a fantastic adventure that seems almost magical.
