I'm mostly writing this because theyre split up rn (the part I'm rewatching)and its fucking up my mental health. I really miss soft Mickey.

Mickey rolled back over only to find an empty bed beside him. Where the hell was Gallagher? Mickey distinctly remembered falling asleep next to the red headed boy the night before. Ian's in high school and is still trying to figure out who he is. Mickeys still practically a freshmen and doesn't know who he is anymore. But what they do know. Is their in love with each other.

Ian and Mickey have both moved on. They just weren't expecting to be meeting each other again in such an awkward situation, both with their new boyfriends.

Mickey and Ian meet years after breaking up in season 5. Mickey didn't go to prison in season five they only broke up. This story is based around the time of season 9. So Mickey and Ian have been broken up roughly 4 years. Now Mickey has a daughter, Carmen who is one year old at the start of this story. Carmen is what was missing in their lives all along. Carmens mother is not a character in this story but she is very briefly mentioned. Ian and his brothers and sisters have moved to a new town and a new school, everything seems ok well as good as ok can be. But Ian has a secret . he's gay he's not all to open about it because he's scared, but that all changed when he meets Micky Milavich. This is a story of a new kid in a new town, a new school and a guy who went from not being able to except who he is, to a guy who feel in love.
