Assalamoalaikum everyone! This is just a collection of random quotes, poems and articles regarding peace for Muslims. They may be my own or quoted. If they are quoted then I'll write the name of the person they belong to at the end. And yeah I suck at writing intros.

Inured by desert life in sixth-century Hijaz, Rami sees the birth of his newborn daughter as a burden to be buried under the sands. Before he can act, his wife Malaak flees into a barren land with their child, seeking refuge. While venturing into the unknown, her path unexpectedly intersects with Kareem's path, a young merchant who soon vows to protect the mother and her newborn when no one else will. With time, an ardent bond grows between them, and when Kareem summons the courage to declare his affection for her, he learns that he is too late. This very short poem is written for those who have lost and suffered through their lives and is just a reminder that their are people out there fighting til the very end in the holy grounds of Palestine as well as the many other Arab countries accompanying this horrific crisis. And remember Allah tests the ones whom he loves the most with the most severe of events. I think these sacrifices they direct to Allah alone deserve much more luxury than all of ours combined.

Will they succumb to the situations and walk away or will they fight together this time, to complete their remaining story?

Sometimes those spam emails aren't really spam. Sometimes they're pleading requests to help save lives. Julie, a journalist, learns that the world is far more complicated and violent than she could have ever imagined. After receiving a request for her help on a certain situation, Julie packs her bags and leaves for Palestine, a land she's never heard of, nor ever been to. Julie does not know what to expect, or if she'll even find a decent story there. But one thing leads to another and Julie finds herself a set of friends, an exploding story, and trouble. Of course, little does she know of the events that will happen that will blow her mind. Literally. Cover Credit: @xHemmingshugsx

{A WATTPAD FEATURED STORY} Saleena is a world famous singer, hating the glitter and the gold but remaining number one in the charts in sheer desperation. She will do anything to protect her dark secrets from the public eye, crying every night at the monsters she sees in her sleep. Becky is torn between her mother's commands and her own curiosity. Her naked body is flaunted in every corner but she dreams of a purity she'll never attain. Hidden in the darkness one night, she finally gives into her own beliefs for a change. Layla is a teenage warrior; battling the evil lurking in her blood. Downing pain relief, she goes about her day-to-day life with as little complaints as possible, counting every second as victory. She's terrified for her end but has all the faith in the world for what she can't see. Asiya is a single mother, slaving through three part time jobs after being thrown out by her abusive husband for her sexuality. Bills pile up and rent is due but nothing can drown out the satisfaction of hearing her little girl laugh for the very first time. These four girls have absolutely nothing in common. But a chance meeting, some red velvet cupcakes and a prayer binds them together forever.

1st place in the #gazawritesback competition. A young boy. From Gaza. Missing things that are needed, and yet you can't say anything, they're choking you though not in a direct way, your sitting on the ground, with your ripped pants and shirt, but it's not because it's the new fashion no its something entirely different, it's because of them, they stopped all the suppliers from helping you out, they took control over water and food, over electricity and other important things. All of that was a reason of why people died and passed away. But I didn't say it was the only reason... Copyright © 2017. All rights reserved.

ᴀ ᴄᴏʟʟᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴ ᴏғ ᴘᴏᴇᴍs ᴀs ᴘᴇʀᴇɴɴɪᴀʟ ʀᴇғʟᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴs ᴏғ ʏᴏᴜᴛʜ Storms are temporary. They come and go, but when they hit us, we may not be prepared. These poems may seem bleak and dark at first but as you read along, you'll realise that all we have to do to get over such hurdles in our lives is just to embrace the storm. I hope you find you find meaning in these poems just as I have and I wish all of you every happiness. -'AMN **ᴛʜɪs ᴘᴏᴇᴛʀʏ ᴄᴏʟʟᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴ ғᴇᴀᴛᴜʀᴇs 'ᴛʜᴇ ᴘᴀʟᴇsᴛɪɴᴇ sᴜɴʙɪʀᴅ', ᴀ sᴘᴇᴄɪᴀʟ ᴘᴏᴇᴍ ʙᴀsᴇᴅ ᴏɴ ᴛʜᴇ ɪsʀᴀᴇʟ-ᴘᴀʟᴇsᴛɪɴᴇ ᴄᴏɴғʟɪᴄᴛ ғᴏʀ ᴛʜᴇ ɢᴀᴢᴀ ᴡʀɪᴛᴇs ʙᴀᴄᴋ ᴍᴏᴠᴇᴍᴇɴᴛ. © apostropheA (2014)
