Though during the mission, Markus, Alex, Yuno & Juan are exposed to a weapon developed by the Guild that harnesses their internal fears, which Jack had told them about the weapon from Guild were his father David and his team get exposed of. This exposure reveals something about the weapon that the Guild uses against them. They were set in both in real world and the team's "edge of consciousness" take place in environments all over the world including, Japan, Antarctica, Romanaia, Los Angeles, & Argentina and Avalon.
