Jacob Hill is a quiet young man. He's caught up in his own world, as he battles to figure out who he is. In a last ditch attempt to get a glimpse of the people he admired as a child, he goes to work at The Westward Hotel- a place well-known for its glitter, gore and drugs. Thaddeus West is a troubled hotel owner- the owner of The Westward. His chronic illness causes him immense pain, unless he drinks a certain red substance that surges around the veins of his guests. The origins of this illness are too painful for him to relive, leaving him disgruntled and arrogant at all times. Jacob falls in love with the disgruntled young man on the top floor, as does Thaddeus. But, the aggressive nature of Thaddeus' disease begins to threaten their budding nature- with Thaddeus craving Jacob's blood. Will their love survive, or will it fester and putrefy?

Amy Singer is a passionate person. So naturally, when it is her turn to try to win over the prince of her kingdom, she stands firm on her decision, she was NOT going to try. She refused to go, but it was Osha law. Her country needed a new ruler and the prince needed a wife. One hundred girls were chosen at random to compete for the prince's heart and when Amy is chosen, her small town erupts in a unanimous agreement, she was going to win. Amy, on the other hand, was infuriated. She wasn't going to the stupid castle and she wasn't going to marry the stupid prince. And she was most definitely NOT wearing a stupid dress. Unsurprisingly though she was taken from her home under order of the king himself. If she refused him it would be considered treason, punishable by death. But something she wasn't expecting was falling in love. Watch as Amy uncovers secrets of the crumbling monarchy she calls home in Glitter and Grit. Amy is prepared for anything, except her fierce competition.
