When the students of Glimmerbrook Academy attend a school field trip to Evergreen Harbour, 13- year old vegan Ivy Evergreen finds herself a new project when she realizes the harbour is a polluted, eco-unfriendly place, with a horrid climate and a smoke filled sunset. She immediately start a movement of #Healing Evergreen harbour with the refreshing support of her sweet grandmother. The movement starts to receive a positive response, she finds out her dog is pregnant, and her cold but gorgeous cousin Sage has returned. But just as things seem to be doing great, complications begin to rise at outstanding speed. Her twin brother Jasper has been set up to go against her motive, Lily has fallen incredibly ill, and she has started to develop a crush on a boy who just got a girlfriend. But those are the least of her problems. An announcement has made concerning the fate of the harbour. The movement has somehow been identified by the government, and realizing that there were two opposing sides, creates an opportunity for both sides to prove the cause of their stand in the first place. As tensions rise and anxiety rules, Ivy finds out a family secret, that roots her connection even closer to Evergreen Harbour.

In the face of rising global temperatures, melting glaciers, and unpredictable weather, the need for climate action has never been more urgent. One powerful solution gaining global momentum is the green economy. But how exactly does it influence climate change? What is a Green Economy? A green economy focuses on sustainable growth by reducing carbon emissions, enhancing energy efficiency, and promoting eco-friendly jobs and industries. It's not just an environmental choice-it's an economic strategy that benefits both people and the planet. How a Green Economy Helps Combat Climate Change 1. Reduces Greenhouse Gas Emissions By replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy like solar, wind, and hydro, the green economy cuts down on CO₂ emissions-the main driver of climate change. 2. Encourages Sustainable Transportation Electric vehicles (EVs), bike lanes, and efficient public transit systems reduce the carbon footprint of urban mobility. 3. Promotes Energy Efficiency Green buildings, smart appliances, and efficient manufacturing processes lower energy consumption and reduce waste. 4. Creates Green Jobs From solar panel installers to environmental scientists, the green economy creates millions of jobs in low-carbon sectors. 5. Supports Climate Resilience Investments in sustainable agriculture, reforestation, and water conservation help communities adapt to climate impacts. Steps Toward a Green Economy Invest in Clean Energy Implement Eco-Friendly Policies Educate for Sustainable Lifestyles Encourage Green Innovation Support Circular Economy Models Conclusion A green economy is a game-changer in the fight against climate change. It offers a roadmap to a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable future for all. As nations shift toward green solutions, we edge closer to reversing environmental damage and ensuring a livable planet for future generations.

In the quest for a future that embraces sustainability and environmental consciousness, the rise of biodegradable food packaging stands as a groundbreaking solution to address the pressing environmental challenges imposed by conventional plastic packaging. The utilization of various materials in the realm of biodegradable packaging has garnered immense attention, with sugarcane bagasse taking centre stage due to its remarkable adaptability and environmentally friendly characteristics. Embarking on an all-encompassing journey, this in-depth guide will navigate the intricate process involved in the creation of sugarcane bagasse products, unraveling the secrets that lie within. The Genesis of Sugarcane Bagasse 1. What is Sugarcane Bagasse? Sugarcane bagasse is the fibrous waste that remains after crushing sugarcane stalks to obtain juice for sugar manufacture. Traditionally, bagasse was considered a waste product and was often burned, contributing to air pollution.
