Gael and Edward met at a private high school in Heaven. Sure, they were completely different, but somehow, they became friends. Was it because they needed each other to balance the other out? However, Edward became fallen and was thought to be dead. Gael believed it too. Their paths crossed again when Edward was working for the demon king, and Gael was imprisoned. Although Edward had fallen far at this point, a shred of him was guilty and wanted redemption. He helped Gael out of prison, and Gael helped Edward out of his pit. Sometimes the most unlikely of people, opposites beyond belief, become best friends.
