Sad Sundays is my weekly space to share melancholic poetry, words that help me navigate the stillness, the weight, and the quiet storms of recovery. Each Sunday, I post a new piece that I've written, using poetry to process my journey through detox and rehab, to face the difficult parts of healing, and to find meaning in the silence. Every poem is written by hand with help from the Rhymezone platform. This series is as much for me as it is for anyone who finds comfort in knowing they're not alone on their gray days. I will eventually try to tie most of my work together into a larger piece, but first and foremost, this will function as a collection of my writings while I am going through detox. Willkommen zurück im Schatten des Herbstes! 🍂🎃 Auch in diesem Jahr öffnen sich wieder die knarrenden Türen zu unserem virtuellen Geisterhaus. Während Nebel über die Straßen zieht und die Dunkelheit näher rückt, laden wir euch ein, eure unheimlichsten, spannendsten und mysteriösesten Geschichten mit uns zu teilen. Acht Community-Profile haben sich erneut zusammengeschlossen, um die Kollaboration Herbstgeflüster im Jahr 2025 erneut zu veranstalten. Euch erwarten Räume voller literarischer Überraschungen, düstere Schreibchallenges und interaktive Aktivitäten. Ein kleiner Tipp: Traut nicht jedem Schatten. Denn auch dieses Jahr gilt, dass nichts so ist, wie es scheint . . . 👀 Also: Ran an die Tasten und erschafft mit uns einen Herbst voller Gänsehaut und Magie! 👻✨

...sondern eine Zusammenstellung aus Gedichten, Gedanken und Geschichten. Vielleicht nicht perfekt, vielleicht komisch, vielleicht nicht mal originell. Aber bestimmt lesenswert . Also tretet ein in meine Welt aus Wörtern und lasst euch mitnehmen auf eine Reise durch den Kopf und verliert ein bisschen euren Verstand.

Mit meinem dreiteiligen Buch "15 years among the deaths", möchte ich den Leuten die ebenfalls von Suizidgedanken geplagt sind, vorführen, wie sich der Tod eines geliebten Menschen auf die Menschen in deren Umfeld auswirken kann. Das Buch ist aus der Perspektive eines Toten geschrieben, eines Geistes der vergeblich versucht seine Geliebten zu kontaktieren. Diesen Teil widme ich meinem Freund, Alex.
