A Fictional Memoir of the tradition of a woman playing Peter Pan, which helped me think through my Gender. This NeroQueer Retellung is appropriate for readers 10 and up, because kids have the RIGHT to read Queer Literature! Since an "Actress" is assumed to be a woman, and Peter Pan is a boy, there is Misgendering in this fanfiction. It was in the tags, but I want to put a clear Trigger Waning. Also, Trigger Warning for the racial slur that calls Indigenous People "Red." I have thoughts... Credit for the Fairy Genders goes to J.M. Barrie My portrayal of Tiger Lily is Anti-Colonial Through a Disability Justice lens. To Sondra Lee, who played Tiger Lily, and saved my life To Lerisssa Fasthorse, who justly restored my lost dignity To Adolph Green, who taught me what makes a monter and what makes a man, is complicated To Jerome Robbins, who challenged my intellect and morality And of course to Mary Martin, who taught me about the "Unusal things you can do"

What if... These words have unbridled potential, potential that is explored in the installments of Roles Reversed. What if women ruled our ancient empires? What if men had to fight for the right to vote? What if women were the only ones drafted during war-times? What if being considered feminine was a strength and a compliment, but being considered masculine was a weakness? What if instead of "Oh, My Lord" it was "Oh, My Lady"? So many what ifs! So much potential! DISCLAIMER: This is NOT a book promoting one gender over the other. This is NOT a book that puts women on a pedestal and degrades men. This is a book that proves that everyone SHOULD be treated equally, no matter their gender or lack of, and that any gender could have been targeted at any point in time for any reason. If you feel like I might offend you, then the answer is pretty simple: DON'T READ THE BOOK. If you are interested in certain gender biased positions (for both ways) that I have gender bent then: FEEL FREE TO READ THE BOOK. If you would like to respectfully give me your opinion, good or bad, I would honestly love to hear it, and if you have any historical situations that you would like to see me write about, leave a comment! I would really appreciate it!

This poem bring to light how many women are trapped into a vicious circle of abuses and how this is empowered by patriarchate cultures. Women are unable to report abuses and to shows struggles because often the perpetrator is loved out of his home by family and friends. These women are often labelled as strong and brave in their old ages because the word victim is misinterpreted. Usually children living in this situations become attached and protective toward to their mother in adulthood and refusing to detach doesn't allow them to understand the abuses witnessed with a high possibility that this lead them to fall into the domestic violence cycle. The poem conclude, by stressing out the importance of education to break free from a patriarchic culture and enable people to have the right tools to understand and support victims, perpetrators and children.

I'm a man. A man who tried out what it was like to wear pantyhose, skirts and dresses. At first there was a lot of tension, because it's definitely women's clothing. But the offer in men's departments is very limited and no longer offered any basis for my joy in playing, trying out, experimenting. The result: today I wear nothing but skirts and dresses as a man. Pants are passé for me. And why not? Clothing has no gender.
