Pygmalion Play by George Bernard Shaw First Performance in 1913 at the Hofburg Theatre in Vienna, Austria This play is not mine and in no way am I claiming it.

Major Barbara is a three-act English play by George Bernard Shaw, written and premiered in 1905 and first published in 1907. The story concerns an idealistic young woman, Barbara Undershaft, who is engaged in helping the poor as a Major in the Salvation Army in London. For many years, Barbara and her siblings have been estranged from their father, Andrew Undershaft, who now reappears as a rich and successful munitions maker. Undershaft, the father, gives money to the Salvation Army, which offends Major Barbara, who does not want to be connected to his "tainted" wealth. However, the father argues that poverty is a worse problem than munitions, and claims that he is doing more to help society by giving his workers jobs and a steady income than Major Barbara is doing to help them by giving them bread and soup.

Pygmalion is a play by George Bernard Shaw, named after a Greek mythological figure. It was first presented on stage to the public in 1913. In ancient Greek mythology, Pygmalion fell in love with one of his sculptures, which then came to life. The general idea of that myth was a popular subject for Victorian era English playwrights, including one of Shaw's influences, W. S. Gilbert. Shaw would also have been familiar with the burlesque version, Galatea, or Pygmalion Reversed. Shaw's play has been adapted numerous times, most notably as the musical 'My Fair Lady' and its film version.

A collection of short stories I wrote in my school years ranging from fables, mystery, and social commentaries in disguise. Some Indonesian cerpens included as well because heck yeah I'm a proud Indonesian student too. So yup this collection is going to be bilingual - if any Indonesians even find this story. However, I know the majority of Wattpad readers are Anglophones so most of them will be in English. May or may not write new short stories because they take quite some time for me to write.
