From Norm and Dr. Augustine she's been wanting to go and find a way for humans to live on Pandora without the Na'vi "ruining" it. Also something else I want to add in this fanfic Trudy lived the first war and she somehow gets her own Avatar. She and a male Na'vi fall in love and they had Clay... so whenever Jake and Neytiri find out who his mom was they get even more worried about Dream...
