I'm pretty sure you all know about George Floyd, today I will be discussing my research on what happened and my opinion.

A short poem about the monstrosities going on right now. Black Lives Matter and we can not sit silent while Black Americans lose their lives at the hands of law enforcement. This was an unritious brutal death which I think deserves remembering so I will never take this down and wish for everyone to go into the comments and talk about this without comments getting taken down or censorship . I dot want him to be forgotten and I wish that the devil has something special in hell for the man who killed him. It's not enough to be silently non racist we need to be vocally anti racist

My story 🦠

Our race does not give you the license to do whatever you want. We have had enough of our blood being needlessly shed and society is beginning to open their eyes to that. We are no longer going to be a race of oppression. These events taking place is not the first time. We have protested for years, we have been killed for years, we have faced discrimination for years. Enough is enough. Please use your voice and stand with us so that we can live just like you. BLACK LIVES MATTER !

This is a rant and also explaining to the ignorant who still chant all lives matter

Want to help out but don't know what to do? Want to be more educated on black history? Please read on! I said it once and I will say it again: If you are silent you are compliant. Don't do nothing in this critical time in history! It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from, just be there for the black community when they need you. Innocent lives are being taken! This will be my commentary on what's going on in the world with our fellow people who live with us: the black community along with the POC community. I'm planning on keeping this at two parts, but there may be the chance that I add more parts to this.

Using Joy Harjo's "How To Write a Poem in a Time of War" as a reference point for formatting, the poem "two thousand and twenty" touches on major events that occurred in twenty twenty and their emotional impact. Topics that were focused on include police brutality, COVID-19, and mental wellness. Italicized lines intertwined throughout the poem represent my thoughts.

It's February 2021, the trial for the murder of George Floyd is going to start in just a few days. I can feel it again, the tension building, the ugly showing on some without compassion. The pain on those who have endured the effects of the MPD! Civil rights story 2021

Enough is enough. Our pain, our cries, and our need to be seen and heard resonate throughout this entire country. We demand acknowledgment and accountability for the devaluation and dehumanization of Black life at the hands of the police. We call for radical, sustainable solutions that affirm the prosperity of Black lives.

THIS BOOK IS BEING USED TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR GEORGE FLOYD'S DEATH. I AM NOT BEING INSENSITIVE, I JUST WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO SEE WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE BLACK IN AMERICA AND ALL OVER THE WORLD. I HOPE I CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE THROUGH THIS BOOK EVEN IF IT IS A SMALL CHANGE. THANK YOU
