A month or so after the German victory in Poland, Hanz Reinheart finds himself on the offensive again. Only this time victory is uncertain. Armed with less than three hundred men, Bodhan and his German backup march into an unknown Russian camp, determined to take it for themselves.

This is a part of something really big I'm working on. It's about two teenagers travelling through the twentieth century slaying beasts that eat time. I submitted it as an English final and did pretty well, so I hope you enjoy it. Tell me if you want more.

My own take on the storming of the beach of Madgascar.

The fog was thick and hazy, my boots clacked against the cobbled streets. I was being sent on a suicide mission to clear out a supply convoy, like one machine gunner can do that. This is madness, none of us should be here. War brings out madness in men.

In the midst of World War II (1943), two low-ranking German soldiers stumble upon a mysterious cave hidden deep in the mountains. Seeking refuge from the cold, they unknowingly step into a gateway through time-emerging into the modern world of 2025. Confused and disoriented, they mistake the peaceful hikers for enemies. A deadly encounter follows, leading them to retreat and report their discovery to Nazi high command. Fearing that the Allies might use the cave to their advantage, the German military launches "Operation Timefront"-sending Tiger tanks, elite soldiers, and ruthless commanders into the future to secure enemy territory and change the course of history. Meanwhile, modern-day authorities dismiss the incident as a prank gone wrong-until heavily armed WW2-era German forces invade a police crime scene. With only a local SWAT team standing in their way, the world is unprepared for a battle that should have been left in the past. Now, as history collides with the future, the modern world must fight a war it never expected. Will technology triumph over strategy? Or will the ghosts of the past reshape the present?
