~ Hi and welcome to my weight loss book! ~ In here I'll be showing you my techniques for weight loss as wellvas exercises i use, diets etc.. I'll also do daily/weekly weigh ins (depending on how often i deicide to weigh myself) and calorie counts (i also go on and off on counting calories depending on which diet im on) There is a possibility i will add body progress pics but probs not until ive lost a lot of weight. About a young girl who suffered from depression and is getting help by a professional physicalist who she tell her life long story about all of the horrible things she been going through. ________________________________ The young girl in this story is name Hailey Williams and was born in a poor family on a little farm. Hailey had a good life without even realizing that she was born into a poor family but she didn't think that way, all she knew was that her family loved her. Until one day her mother gotten a terrible Illness and sadly passed away. Haley didn't wanted to remember what happened to her mother in the passed cause she knew she was gonna be sad about her mother passing. As things go im the "I don't give a shit overachiever". Isn't that contradictory, ha well that's just the half of it. So if this is the case and I seemingly "don't care" then why did I develop my eating disorders. Well lets just say you simply cant judge eating disorders as vanity orientated, that is unless ur an un-educated spas . Sadly im not as invincable as id like. I needed a space to write how it feels to go through recovery, how its changed me for the better, and how difficult it was for myself to realise I had a problem. I want to help others like me so here we go, read to join my dark humoured ride.
