It was Michael's second week in a row at the same local coffee shop. Sure the drinks were good and the atmosphere was great for songwriting, but the real reason he was blowing all his money here? Awsten: the cute, flirty, easy on the eyes, blue haired barista. Michael held his journal in his hand. It was his prized possession, and every page described his coffee crush with words and melodies. Today was the day he promised himself he would make a move. Will he get everything he's been dreaming of? Will he never be able to step foot in here again?

Awsten Knight, barista at a NYC coffee shop, is totally, absolutely not crushing on the Poli Sci major with colored hair like his, just a little longer, and the sexiest Aussie accent who keeps coming into the shop every day before class. He is totally chill about the whole thing. Michael Clifford, a Poli Sci major at NYU, totally keeps going to the same not-even-that-good coffee shop near the campus every morning for the vibes, and it has nothing to do with the barista with the adorable laugh.
