Tomioka Giyuu once believed that his fate was to survive-to carry the pain of those who had fallen, until one day he himself would vanish as the price of power finally claimed him. In an alternate ending where Shinobu survives the final battle, she and Giyu navigate the quiet aftermath of war. This is a story of slow healing, unspoken feelings, and the difficult, often silent, journey of two broken warriors finding solace and building a future together amidst their scars. After finishing the Kimetsu no Yaiba Manga series, I was in complete denial in regard to the ending. Especially with the possibilities of Giyu and Shinobu. In my spare time, I read a few fanfictions to calm my broken heart, but there were many grammatical errors and some parts I didn't enjoy (although I did end up finding one that I loved very much). This story is an alternate reality where Shinobu finds a way to win against Upper Rank 2 and survive. Hope you enjoy it! *Cover art done by me*
