Accentuation: the action of emphasizing something, the prominence of a thing relative to the normal, the manner in which accents are apparent in pronunciation, or indicated in writing.
Jax Bennett – charming, talented, and unbelievably infamous. His fans adore him – everyone adores him. Sure, he’s arrogant, somewhat ill-tempered, and has a few flaws of his own but the eyes of women all around the world, and quite a few men, toss the facts aside to simply marvel over his maddening good looks. His acting is breathtakingly believable, and he seems to attract the attention of only the best directors, and the most successful movies.
So why, oh why, would someone try to kill him?
After quite the intense after party, Jax Bennett is thrown to the side as a bullet soars past him, grazing his shoulder and leaving him irritably traumatized. Addilyn Greer can’t help but feel the same – being, ultimately, the only woman who isn’t dead set on getting him in her bed. You can imagine her aggravation upon being assigned to his every move, guarding him from any more possible attacks. She's an FBI agent, not a security guard!
But things heat up, quite literally, when family secrets are revealed and friendships, and outlooks of those close are tarnished. The real query still remains: Who’s trying to kill Jax Bennett, and, more importantly, why?

I will not mark this as mature, though some themes included may ultimately be considered so. This story does include some sexual things by nature, and quite graphic child abuse, and bullying.
Best suited for 15+.
This is my first Wattpad story, but don't let that hinder you! Give it a looking!
