A sequel to my first book "The sweetest pain 1". I recommed to read it first, otherwise you won't understand fully. Wednesday Addams (20) had made the hardest decision in her life. With it came the consequences and she's learning how to survive in her new, cruel reality. Xavier Thorpe (20), who had long been a poison in her life, had achieved his goal. But it turns out that even a devilishly good plan fails when life decides to surprise. Meanwhile, Tyler (21) not only barely survived the tragic accident and has a father with progressing cancer but also the love of his life abandoned him at the most difficult moment - for his biggest enemy. He's mourning, completely unaware of the secret of his would-be fiancée, who suffers every day just to keep him alive. Wednesday and Tyler had been through a lot in their four-year relationship, but now they find themselves at a dead end. Their love has been so strong it was terrifying. Pain and suffering were an inseparable part of it, and now they're both paying a terrible price. Can this story ever have a happy ending?

Kurosawa Ayame was just a scriptwriter. When the otome game 'Jujutsu x Romance' was released, controversy exploded, especially over the route of Ryomen Sukuna. Too eerie. Too cruel. Too many bad endings. Players raged. Ayame only laughed. After all, wasn't that exactly how he was supposed to be? Then she woke up - inside the very game she had written. A cold system prompt greeted her: [Route locked. Exit unavailable.] [Players will not die in the main storyline. As long as the body remains intact, revival is possible.] [Reminder: Maximize the target's favorability to return to reality.] There was only one problem. Her assigned target... was the King of Curses himself. Ayame had no intention of falling in love. To her, it was just a task, a dangerous game she had to clear to get home. So she played. She died. Again and again. Learned. Adapted. Survived. And still, she moved forward, raising his favorability step by step. Until- [Congratulations, player. You have obtained: Wishing Machine.] A shortcut. A perfect betrayal. Ignoring the system's warning, Ayame made her choice. And it worked. She escaped. Returned to reality. ...Or so she thought. Because the next moment- She opened her eyes in 2018. [Favorability requirement not met. Minor penalty applied.] Kurosawa Ayame had a very bad feeling about this.

What's in the heart of a Hyde? Is it purely dark and filled with hatred, or is it still possible to make it flicker? *** Tyler Galpin is done with mothers and masters. His heart can't take any more sorrows and rejections. He believes himself to be a lost cause. But yet, when Isadora Capri, the new principal at Nevermore Academy, offers him the opportunity to enroll in a special rehabilitation program for outcasts whose abilities have made them dangerous to others, he reluctantly agrees. The moment he steps into the school, the whispers and gasps start. They all fear him. Everyone but Wednesday Addams. She who saw him. She who freed him. She who he swore to kill. When another string of Hyde attacks occurs, Tyler becomes the prime suspect. With no one on his side, he is about to give up when an unlikely ally steps forward: Wednesday Addams. She believes he's innocent, asking him to aid her in the investigation. But they have to work fast, before Tyler is deemed too dangerous for the school and sent to another asylum. The hunt for the culprit leads right into Tyler's past and makes him question whether what he believes about himself is actually true. Perhaps it's not too late to make the heart of this Hyde flicker? *** This story is set in an imagined season 4 of the show. It's told entirely in Tyler's POV as he navigates Nevermore after having learned to control his Hyde (well, somewhat at least... you'll see!). It also features a slow burn (because I don't think there is any other way to do this, as there is a lot of healing and mending needed) romance between him and Wednesday.

THE THIRD WAY: SCYTHES OF VESPERA By N.S. Vespernith - Ranked#2 The Hook " A stranger will break your bones, but a brother will break your soul." Ten years ago, the sky over Vespera bled gold-not the gold of a sunrise, but the opulent, sickly gold of the Solar Hegemony's departing fleet. To buy themselves a safe retreat, the "Protectors" sold the city's children to the Abyssal Kingdom. They called it a Necessary Sacrifice. Now, Vespera is no longer a city. It is a throat, and the Abyssal Kingdom is the hand squeezing it. Under the Path of Logic, names have been replaced by data points. Color is a "structural error." And for the crime of Inefficient Mourning, the punishment is the Forge. But in the rusted bowels of the shipyards, a ghost of the old world is forging something the Abyssal Architect didn't calculate. *Mora*, a master shipwright with oil-stained hands and a heart of obsidian, has found two anomalies in the ash: SEVEN: A boy of five who watched his father die for a scrap of silk-and didn't shed a single tear. THREE: A toddler found standing in toxic floodwaters, clutching a toy ship with a terrifying, silent dignity. Mora isn't teaching them to pray for the Sun or to serve the Iron. She is teaching them the Third Way. She is forging them into Scythes-silent, jagged instruments of vengeance designed to settle the debt of the Great Sell. The Solar Hegemony abandoned them. The Abyssal Kingdom enslaved them. *The Scythes are coming to burn them both down.* Why you should read this: AESTHETIC: Industrial Grimdark / Brutalist Fantasy. TROPES: Found Family (but darker), Morally Grey Protagonists, Vengeance Arc, Training Sequence. FOR FANS OF: Red Rising, The Poppy War, and stories where the villains have a terrifyingly logical reason for their cruelty. I accidentally almost killed someone with magic. My mother disappeared right after. And now I'm stuck in England with the grandmother she spent sixteen years warning me about. Tabetha Clarke is rich, terrifying, suspiciously wrinkle-free, and lives in a mansion full of silent servants who disappear when nobody's looking. Literally. Then there's the cat. The demon accusations. The midnight exorcisms. And the tiny little issue of my magic feeding off living things. Apparently, that's bad. Now everyone's acting like I'm either destined to become the most powerful witch in the family... or the reason it finally destroys itself. Personally, I'd just like one normal day and maybe a waffle that doesn't come with emotional trauma.

Three young men. Single, restless, and living like they've figured life out. By day, they hold steady jobs in a rural northern town. By night, they play as a trio at a local bar owned by Buddy-a place where the regulars show up more for the ritual than the music. The band is tight. The reputation is casual. The energy is effortless. The leader-nicknamed Elvis-refuses to play anything but The King. No covers, no compromises. Just a sound that somehow still keeps people listening. At his ranch, he splits wood and keeps to himself, his only real company a sharp-eyed Belgian Shepherd named Winchester. Hank holds the rhythm together. Bass player, drinker, fixer of whatever needs fixing. The glue between noise and silence. Once a month, when the full moon rises, the trio disappears north-deep into the wilderness-where the town forgets about them and they forget about everything else. They call it hunting. They call it tradition. They call it harmless. Until this month. Because Elvis meets a woman. And she is not what she seems. In a world where instincts sharpen under moonlight, she might not be prey at all. She might be the thing they've been running from.

For when Caius begs Heaven to save him, no answer comes. Humanity no longer lives on Earth. After the collapse of the old world centuries ago, the last survivors drift among the stars aboard an enormous decaying colony station known as Eidolon Station - a gothic labyrinth of iron cathedrals, endless ventilation tunnels, candlelit shrines to dead planets, and failing technology held together by ritual as much as science. The station is dying. Oxygen systems are failing. Crops rot in hydroponic vaults. Entire sectors vanish into darkness for months at a time. The ruling council sends deep-space exploration crews to search for habitable worlds before humanity collapses completely. One such vessel - the exploration ship The Mourning Star - is dispatched beyond charted systems to investigate a chain of strange planets discovered near a dead region of space known only as The Veil. The crew expects hostile worlds. They do not expect worlds that seem alive. They do not expect ruins older than humanity. And they do not expect something ancient watching them from the dark between stars. As the crew travels deeper into unexplored space, they uncover horrifying truths: Entire civilizations vanished overnight. Some planets appear to reshape themselves. Signals are being sent before the crew arrives. The darkness surrounding The Veil may not be empty space at all. Soon paranoia spreads aboard the ship. Crew members begin hearing voices in ventilation shafts, seeing impossible figures in observation windows, and suffering dreams of a black cathedral floating in the void. Something followed them home. And it wants humanity extinct.

**UPDATES TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS** When ten-year-old Kensington Brooks is thrown from a ship during a violent storm, she expects to die beneath the waves. Instead, she wakes on the shores of Neverland. But this is not the story her mother once read to her. The island is wild. Hungry. Ancient. The forests breathe at night, the trees whisper warnings in the dark, and every creature seems to survive by tearing something else apart. Peter Pan rules from the shadows like a beautiful, feral ghost, and the Lost Boys are no longer boys anyone should want to find. Alone and desperate to survive, Kensy is drawn into the hidden corners of the island by those who have learned to live beyond Peter's reach: Tinkerbell, sharp-tongued and dangerous; Thrash, a merciless mermaid with blood in her teeth; and Olea, a quiet native girl who knows the jungle better than anyone alive. High in the trees, inside a tiny house of sticks and woven branches, Kensy begins to carve out a fragile home among a band of rebel girls who refuse to kneel to the island's cruel rules. But Neverland does not allow children to grow safely. And something old is waking beneath the roots of the forest. Kensy must put her trust in the most fearsome creature on the island. The Bird is even more terrifying than the monster lurking in the skies, and she has no choice. Because in this Neverland, happy endings are the first thing to die.

In a world that is still being written, existence is not a gift-it is an infection. Vesper is a mistake. Born from a single drop of obsidian ink dropped by the "Gore-Father," he is a sketch that refused to stay still, a typo with a heartbeat. He awakens in a monochromatic nightmare of charcoal sands and ink-slicked tides, where every step he takes is a defiance of a cosmic edit. Alongside the sharp-tongued Selene, Vesper must traverse the collapsing reality of The Void's Edge. Together, they face the terrifying Eraser-Wraiths-monstrosities that tear the environment apart-and battle the "First Drafts," discarded horrors with too many limbs and flickering faces. As the Gore-Father's shadow grows longer and reality begins to glitch, Vesper develops a strange new "Author-Sight." But can they reach the Apex and reclaim their story, or will they be wiped away by the ultimate editor?
