Hve you ever felt like second place to something else: maybe a parent is too busy working, a friend too occupied, a lover not as interested as they used to be, or even to your own obligations and desires? This is a poem about feeling undervalued.

Times were great. Even though sometimes we would still fight and have disagreements, my life felt perfect. Stable. But then it happened.

One boy, one girl. Childhood best friends. Things will get complicated as they grow older. Autumn Summers is an introvert. A shy, nerdy girl, who watches romance movies and reads cheesy novels, is childhood best friends with the most popular guy in school, Axel Ward. Because of that, Autumn hangs out with the cool kids, and most of them really like her. The two do everything together, and Axel hasn't ever been ashamed of being seen with Autumn, until he starts taking her for granted, and Autumn starts doubting herself. Will this ruin their friendship and break their bond, or will their connection be able to withstand these obstacles and develop into something more? Addition to the storyline, ppl; Alongside solving their own problems, Autumn and Axel will be recruited to solve something bigger as well. This story is now also a crime/mystery book. Enjoy!

Do you ever take a step back and marvel at the stupid, pointless, petty things we moan about in this privileged age we live in? For me it's my computer not booting up quickly enough, not having wi-fi or my phone battery dying, even the weather being bad and traffic- stuff you should expect everyday. It's like we've got an insatiable urge to complain. I'm so lucky that nothing really 'bad' has happened to me yet. But I'm sure one day it will. So, with there being those in the world who have to fight for their survival everyday let alone ever even owning a car to get stuck in traffic in or a computer or phone to get impatient with, it's a cliche but sometimes we really need to just be purely grateful for what we have.

Have you ever played the game: "Ruin a wish"? Essentially, one person makes a wish, and the other person ruins it. "I wish I had a million dollars." then "Wish granted, but your family goes bankrupt and you are unable to house or feed them". This story is about a genie who grants wishes, but ruins them.

Hey, I'm a teenage Girl Living in New York where it's not always going after What I have planned... that's what I thought until I met this one person and my life changed forever.
