I noticed my friend Jovanni has been doing this challenge and I decided to give it a try. I had no clue on how to do this so I looked it up online. You just have to list (in one sentence or more but the one I checked the person just use one sentence) the blessings and good things that have happened to you or in your surrounding and even the things or people you are grateful for. May it be the sound of the rain, the shining of the sun or the chirping of the birds. Give this a try and see the result! You might want to continue till it reaches 5,000. 😆 I'll start today (072020).
