When Oliver Queen returns to Starling City after five years of being deserted on an island, no one expected him to ever be the same, but Eva Scott is startled by just how drastic the changes are in her best friend's older brother. He certainly isn't the party boy anymore, and she's not quite sure what to do with that. Eva is drawn to being Oliver's friend once again, despite her boyfriend's visible displeasure and the obvious secrets Oliver is keeping. She manages to dodge death a few times, but drama proves unbeatable as she faces issues with her job, the Hood, and her love life.
