Peter Quill is taken from his home at the age of around 10. You might think you know how the rest of the story goes, Peter lives a fearful and rough life with the Ravagers, kinda bonds with Kraglin and kinda considers Yondu his dad, strikes out on his own and saves the galaxy by making friends through commiting crimes. Stuff happens, Peter meets his biological father, has a Bad Time, and everything ends in a bittersweet kinda way, right? Nah chief, we ain't doing that. Here's my story. Buckle the fuckle up and throw cannon to the wayward as we dive feels first into a different story, one that follows a much younger and not very Terran Peter Quill as he survives in space and goes from having no dad, no family and no friends, to two dads, a huge mismatched Ravager family, and some very good friends. Now, if only he could figure out what exactly was, hopefully without running into a certain living planet.

The plot will be mixed and will be based for the most part on the movies, unless the scene is specifically about the main character.

The cell was cold. Which, of course, made Peter cold. Any warmth in his skin had long seeped out, leaving his body cold and clammy and his limbs to twitch and shiver pathetically. His hands were bound to the walls with ice cold chains and his thighs were tied together so that he was stuck in a kneeling position. A dull pain coursed through his veins, his arm bent unnaturally at the elbow and his bone poking out at the break. He was desperately attempting to avoid thinking of the injury, for his breath was already coming out in ragged gasps that hurt his lungs.

Peter Quill really loves Gamora, and now that she's admitted that they have some unspoken thing going on, he is determined to make it official. Peter decides to plan a surprise date for him and Gamora. But while Peter and the rest of the Guardians try their best to keep the date a secret, Gamora starts to get suspicious, and wonders if Peter is seeing another girl. When the big day for the date arrives Gamora has vanished and it's up to Peter and the Guardians to figure out why and where she went. Plenty of cute Starmora moments! Also no smut :) Note: I don't own any of these characters except for Sadie. Events that take place in this story are also my idea.
