A story set in the 1960's Poppy Rose Flynn is a seventeen-year-old who believes she was Emilia Griffiths, a girl from the 1800's who died a long time ago. Being a new version of someone from the past, Poppy or Pip finds it hard to move on from the events of her past life and remains in love with a boy named Julian Stuart. On the other hand, there's this boy from her new life who has done nothing but to annoy her. She doesn't know if Bruno wants her attention or if he really is just bored with his lame life that he decided to make hers miserable. But will there be any chance that Bruno would be the reason she'd let go of her horrific past or is six feet really hasn't been deep enough to bury her love for Julian?
