While trying to get work done for a client and staying up way past his bedtime, Kaveh keeps passing out and having strange dreams. Eventually the events in the dream happen when he's awake, and he realizes he may have made the wrong kind of bargain. Alhaitham has been struggling with the same nightmare while managing his day to day life as the Acting Grand Sage. Once he finds out Kaveh's been kidnapped, he's determined to prevent the nightmare from becoming a reality.

Kaveh has been hiding his feelings for a time too long. What he didn't predict was the fact that his time to end came far too soon caused by a disease. But only at that point of time when Kaveh was soon to his very last breath when they both confessed. At the end, their love story was tragic. Only ending in sadness. Al haitham desperately wanted a second chance, and just as kaveh said that he hoped they would be lovers the next life, will it turn out the way they wanted? ( The entire story is purely fictional. Some references to the game are included though few. If you do not support this ship, I hope they would be no hate and you may read another story>_< . A Kavetham Filipino Modern AU Summary: A student named Alhaitham bumps into one of his seniors at the library, one that he hasn't met before. He claims that his name is Kaveh, and that he has acknowledged Alhaitham for his position in the student council as the vice president, and for his high grades. Alhaitham wasn't the type to have small talk with anyone, but he lets it slide for now with this senior. Little did he know that he would end up liking this senior a little too much..

To Kaveh, showing any sort of emotional vulnerability in front of people is the worst kind of torture, but still it gets incredibly hard dealing with everything alone, so maybe it won't be that bad letting his trusted... friend? saviour? love of his life? bane of his existence?... roommate, be there for him, even if he can't actually tell him what's wrong. Alhaitham doesn't have time to just sit around doing nothing, but Kaveh was never nothing. Or Tl;dr Kaveh keeps having breakdowns but can't verbalize his problems, nothing can be solved if he can't communicate, Alhaitham knows this but he stays anyways.
