Vitani Malicania was born into Hydra accords. She was raised into the beliefs of Hydra and became their next project as she became older. She was apart of the Dark soldier program. When Hydra fell in 2016, she stayed hidden and trained. She was later found by the remake of Hyrda to kill Bucky Barnes and the new Captain America.
