Art by @pinol_con_leche on twitter Please do not expect this to be a perfect book Warnings ⚠ Violence Abuse Gore(well of course those three always make a good book, but this book is probably turning out bad) Depression Suicide attempts Angst(a lot of it) Arguing Drama and probably more! It gets better after part 15 trust 😭 😭 Please dont judge my terrible writing skills After everything Haiti has been through, he has still been treated like trash, his brother bullies him, his classmates bully him, and earthquakes have made it harder, it's not an easy life for Haiti, but something happened that changed Haiti's life forever

As a bicultural American citizen, I have the best of both worlds. I enjoy the freedoms and luxury of being born & raised in America and at the same time, I've inherited the customs and language of my parents. I was born to Haitian parents and grew up in Florida. I deeply love being an American but at the same time, I am so proud to be Haitian. I am deeply connected to both countries but as lucky as I feel to be a bicultural citizen, it is sometimes complicated.
