My aunt's dog Pumpkin and I always dressed up for Halloween together, ever since he had warmed up to me as a puppy. But on the night she passed, he suddenly disappeared, and I was devastated. A year passed, and I was still too depressed to go out for trick-or-treat. But then, Pumpkin returned, and I was so happy. I mean, confused, but happy. Now, he belongs to me, as my aunt had written in her will, but I'm not so sure if he belongs to the rest of the family. I may only be ten, but I tend to notice when dogs straight out attack people. I know this world well, and I know if a dog is a good or bad boy. But what happens when you find out your world is more than what you thought? •Complete• (Mild violence, no cursing, no mature content)

I am Alessandra Mathew.I had a perfect childhood filled with love and care and had a perfect job. I have my true love, my high school sweetheart beside me, we have been together through all ups and downs; he pampered and spoiled me like a princess, he gave me the happiness of the world, he became my world and he gave me his world. He was my husband, my first love, my bestfriend, my everything. We have planned everything- we built a beautiful house where we can see our children grow. Life was perfect. And just then our blissful dream of life ended and reality forced itself on us, my car crashed in an accident and my soul left my body, everything started fading away as I saw Nicholls crying, I was no more alive. I was trapped as a ghost and I saw my love stumble in life, saw him crying and suffering until he found an old book of spells which can join him to his love. He didn't know the price he would have to pay for those spells. I couldn't be selfish to let him suffer the agony. This was a curse and I wish we could end it. 💕💕💕💕 This is a short poem for The Halloween Vault about spells and magic and curses. So keep reading this book if you want to feel all emotions through this little poem. It will be a rollercoaster ride of sadness, love, magic and a happy ending. I am also a sucker for happily ever afters so this book will definitely have a happy ending. So enjoy!!!!
