It's in a more modern time or a later depends on how you look at it. It's in the 20's-because who doesn't think Lafayette would look hot in a tux and top-hat??-and John Laurens is a young detective and the best in the NY state. He is investigating a crime within Manhattan. Some deaths with no apparent sign of how it happened. All of the victims were found within a certain part of Manhattan and with a marking upon their chests. Laurens is confident in his skill. He can't possibly loose. He is in for a surprise...and he might find even more than he was looking for. Just in case you wondered it's mature for language, violent actions, and triggers.

Welcome to my book, this is quite literally just what the title states, a bunch of random things all in one book. Please keep in mind, the chapters are not related whatsoever; this is not a story. If you want a little more detail: basically it started off with silly shit then selves into more important things. Probably gonna be a mix of the two in the future. Monthly updates. No joke. I update near the end of every month, and only near the end of every month. Unless I forget z then it shall probably be at the start of a month. so um i had an idea for a friend who is making a book just this and i was like you want this in your book and she said her book was in order and we were past that point and so she gave me her blessin' to do this so here we go

*CURRENTLY BEING REWRITTEN. I'm keeping the main plot, just changing some details and such so that it reads better.* It's a typical Friday evening.
