Mermaids are real, and unlike humans they have powers. Every mermaid is matched with an element when they are born, its not there choice but the worlds in a way, you see the mermaids tail color tells them their element and powers some are more powerful with it and other's not so much to useless. Green tails mean their element is Nature and earth, orange and yellow is light, purple is shadows, pink is wind and then there is blue for water and red for fire. But, when a princess is born with a tail holding 5 out of 6 of the elemental colors and starts getting hunted at the age of one. There was only one thing the king could do to keep his precious babygirl safe and that's what he had done. Amelia Light was adopted at the age of one. Knowing the truth she feel's that these people are her real family even if they aren't by blood. Living a normal life with a loving family and an annoying older brother, Amelia never expected her life to change in the way it did.
