Joe's childhood has been really hard, which has resulted in him having frequent panic attacks now. It makes school even harder than it already is, and some friends have left him for it. One day, the boy suddenly gets a huge attack, worse than any other before. Everything starts spinning, and before he knows it, the world turns black. When Joe's eyes open again, he's in the hospital. There it turns out he has bigger worries than panic attacks. Luckily for Joe he meets someone in the hospital who makes it a little less hard.

When Joe ends up in the hospital, Ben finds out that he has feelings for his best friend and fellow actor. Will he ever tell Joe? And what if an old "friend" from Ben's past shows up to get revenge on the boy? Will their love survive? Other than his sexuality, the only other thing interesting about Joe (and not inherently creepy at all ) was that he had a life sized cardboard cut out of Ben. Rami had helped him measure and print out the whole thing from a picture of Ben they found in the school yearbook last year, and since then Joe was unable to sleep without saying goodnight to it at least once . Of course only him and Rami knew about Cardboard Ben, or what Rami insisted his name was: " Ben Cardy". ----------------- " That's..that's....me..." the blonde stuttered.
