Remake of the first story I made because I hated it. Same concept, we are Harry's sister, send away the second we were put in front of the Dursley's house since having a girl to raise meant having to buy stuff instead of having Dudley's old stuff. We arrive at Hogwarts during the second year since we didn't manifest any magic so the letters could never be sent to us.
