She didn't realize that she would be thrown head first into the team using Wilson Fisk as a snitch in prison. Everyone hated him, but after an attack-they had to transport him to a million dollar penthouse in Manhattan. During this transportation, an attack occurred, and Dinah came face to face with Benjamin Poindexter. A man with "really good aim."

Leo on the other hand has always been struggling with himself. His mother Esperanza Valdez died in a fire when he was eight, and he blames himself for that, no matter how young he was. After that he's always been running from places, like orphanage's and abusive foster homes. He then stumbled over Piper and for once decided to stay.
