Effie trinket starts off her reaping day like any other day only she doesn't know how her life is going to change forever in one split second. Effie maybe from district 1 but she is forced into the 75th hunger games the quarter quell to represent district 12 by her over powering Father President snow. Effie Trinket finds herself falling for a certain tribute from the wrong side of the tracks in the middle of the hunger games .The Two households both a like in dignity with years of family rivalry behind them. Effie and Haymitch are they willing to fight to stay together or even kill for each other? even if their only love springs from their only hate. (This is kind of like Romeo and Juliet but with a hunger games twist to it)
