A very short narrative I wrote for school using the 'Show not Tell' technique about a person with schizophrenia but nobody believes him.

As I turned around to face him, his eyes were closed but his face was tilted up at me, sensing my closeness. Sometimes he amazed me at being able to sense what I was feeling or even thinking. It just showed that you didn't need eyesight to see, just heart and mind.

Amber Cross is deaf. Can't hear a thing. Now that's normal for a human, but Amber is not human. She is a werewolf, you know, with excellent scent and hearing, well most of the time. Everyone thinks she is human because she can't tell them otherwise unless they know sign language. She hasn't found her mate yet, but she knows he'll reject her. Jason Blood is the alpha of the MoonRaid pack. He hasn't found his mate, but he is desperately searching for her. What if Amber is his mate? Will he reject her? Or will he love her unconditionally?

I looked up from where I was held captive. I heard the voice I knew all too well. "Doctor, can you hear me?" I spoke.

Obsessed Chinese fanatic Francine Harris is finally taking her first trip to China! But as the plane was on flight, it started to crash. The obsessed fanatic screamed for her dear life accompanied by the light from the ancient looking music box left by some freak woman. Dead as she thought she was, when she opened her eyes, she was transported back into a different time, and a different place! What's more?! She was lying with a wound covered beautiful person on the ground. Another surprise is that... she couldn't speak?! As a person not of Chinese descent, how would she be able to survive? Can be she be able to understand the people around her? How would she move around? How would her biggest sweetest dream turn into her biggest nightmare?
