Hot shot was born to Heatwave and Quickshadow. Heatwave a firefighter and Quickshadow a pediatric cardiology nurse were so happy to have their new born son. They loved him very much. But Hot shot's heart had problems. When Hot shot was born he was diagnosed with double inlet left ventricle. Meaning he had no right ventricle and only a left ventricle. He needed three operations and a possible heart transplant to live a healthy life. Hot shot was given the best care and he made friends with four other kids his age as he grew up that also had single ventricle defects. They all had three surgeries by 3 years old. But at age five all of their hearts began to fail and they needed new ones. They were staying at Texad Children's Hospital hoping to get their new hearts soon. (Humanized)

There was a girl named Hannah, she is five years old and she loves He Man. Her favorite toy is a stuffed version of Orko that was handmade for her fourth birthday. She takes it everywhere with her and sleeps with it. However Hannah doesn't feel too good she doesn't know what is wrong she has many problems. So her parents took her to the doctor who sends them to Texas Children's hospital heart center. There Hannah a cardiologist examines her and discovered Hannah was in heart failure and needed a heart transplant because it was so bad. Hannah needed to stay in the hospital while waiting for it. Hannah was going to be brave and ready for it. She was wondering when she will get her new heart. She knows with her friends, family and Orko by her side she will be just fine.

Hot shot is five years old and lives with his parents Heatwave and Quickshadow. and their two year old Dalmatian Fireplug. Hot shot is a pediatric heart patient and has been since birth. Hot shot was born November 14 2020 and Hot shot was born with severe TOF, with TGA, three VSD, an ASD, Aortic stenosis and tachycardia. It was detected before he was born. Quickshadow thanked her lucky stars she worked at Texas Children's hospital and she had many good colleages there to take care of her son's heart. Her colleague Dr. Horn was going to be her child's cardiologist who was giving the best care. This made Quickshadow proud of Children's Medical Center Dallas Hot shot was taken there a couple of hours after birth and when Hot shot was 4 days old he had his first surgery. Hot shot as he grew had 9 open heart surgeries, 14 cardiac catheterizations, 20 blood tests, 22 ECGs, 20 ECHOS, 6 medications, 1 pacemaker put in, and 29 hospitalizations for problems. Hot shot has not had an easy life but his little spirit was never broken. Hot shot made friends with four other kids his age growing up who also have very complex heart defects, Wedge who was born on September 18th, Whirl who was born on September 29th, Hoist who was born on October 8th, and Medix who was born on December 4th. Then when they are about turn 5 Hot shot and his friends needed new hearts. Quickshadow was once again grateful her hospital because it has a good heart transplant program Heatwave who admires his son's courage saying he is a hero too. Orko and Dree Elle just welcomed a daughter into this universe. They named her Hannah and they love her very much. Soon a problem arises when she turns five. She is tired all the time, heavy breathing, struggling to breathe, nausea, vomiting, ashy color to her blue skin, weakness, listlessness, feeling dizzy and even passed out. Orko and Dree Elle worried immediately take her to her new doctor since her current doctor wasn't listening to both their growing concern. This second doctor took this seriously and sent Hannah to Texas children's hospital on earth to get tests done on her heart. He wants them to go right now. So they went their right away. Hannah is clutching her favorite stuffed green tiger that was a fourth birthday present from Adam. Once at Texas Children's Hannah is taken to Legacy tower where the heart center is and it is huge eight of the floors are dedicated to cardiac care. Hannah is nervous but ready. The doctors do many tests and then she is diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and it is really bad because it went undiagnosed for so long causing serious heart failure now her only option is a heart transplant which means she needs a new heart. Hannah is ready to brave and not give up hope. She also becomes the first alien who gets a wish from make a wish after it goes intergalactic and be the first wish granting organization to do so. She shows everyone a little hope and always having it will get you through your darkest days.
