Hot shot was born with several heart defects, TOF, TGA, two VSD, ASD, Aortic Stenosis, hypertrophy of left ventricle and tachycardia. Hot shot has had to take 6 medications, had 9 open heart surgeries, 10 cardiac catheterizations, 22 hospital stays, and take 6 medications daily. Hot shot has friends Hoist, Medix, Whirl and Wedge who also have several heart defects which lead to several surgeries, catheterizations, hospital stays, and medications. They soon find out once they are five they need new hearts they stay in the hospital where they were always treated Texas Children's hospital. Hot shot and his friends don't give up hope. Orko and Dree Elle just welcomed a daughter into this universe. They named her Hannah and they love her very much. Soon a problem arises when she turns five. She is tired all the time, heavy breathing, struggling to breathe, nausea, vomiting, ashy color to her blue skin, weakness, listlessness, feeling dizzy and even passed out. Orko and Dree Elle worried immediately take her to her new doctor since her current doctor wasn't listening to both their growing concern. This second doctor took this seriously and sent Hannah to Texas children's hospital on earth to get tests done on her heart. He wants them to go right now. So they went their right away. Hannah is clutching her favorite stuffed green tiger that was a fourth birthday present from Adam. Once at Texas Children's Hannah is taken to Legacy tower where the heart center is and it is huge eight of the floors are dedicated to cardiac care. Hannah is nervous but ready. The doctors do many tests and then she is diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and it is really bad because it went undiagnosed for so long causing serious heart failure now her only option is a heart transplant which means she needs a new heart. Hannah is ready to brave and not give up hope. She also becomes the first alien who gets a wish from make a wish after it goes intergalactic and be the first wish granting organization to do so. She shows everyone a little hope and always having it will get you through your darkest days.

Hannah is a sweet and playful five year old girl who loves to play. She loves animals and Pokemon. She loves her parents very much. They love her very much too. One day Hannah feels very unwell. Her parents take her to Texas Children's Hospital. There they say Hannah has dilated cardiomyopathy and she needs a new heart. Hannah needed a heart transplant. Hannah is ready to be brave and strong while waiting for her new heart.

Orko and Dree Elle love their daughter very much and they are determined to help her and encourage her to be strong as she grows. Hannah has to go to earth on a regular basis. She also becomes the first alien who gets a wish from make a wish after it goes intergalactic and be the first wish granting organization to do so. Hannah is a kind and loving child and she is a brave heart warrior that helps show that you don't have to be a mighty hero, champion, or soldier to brave and strong in adversity.

Hot shot is a wonderful child with a big heart and life and he loves to play. Hot shot was born in 2020 and it is now 2025 Hot shot has always been very healthy and full of energy. However that was changing. Hot shot was tired, he was weak, he was ashy colored, he was out of breathe, he felt sick, he vomited, he felt dizzy, he felt like his chest hurt, and he felt pounding in his chest. His parents took him right too Texas Children's Hospital before bed when Hot shot was complaining he felt bad. The doctors run a series of tests and tell them Hot shot has dilated cardiomyopathy and is in severe heart failure and needs a heart transplant. Hot shot is put on the heart transplant list and Quickshadow works there is good heart transplant program there Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same condition who also need new hearts. Three boys Hoist, Medix, and Wedge and a girl named Whirl. Hot shot has to be hospitalized due to his condition and never gives up hope for his new heart. His friends don't give up either. She takes it everywhere with her and sleeps with it. However Hannah doesn't feel too good she doesn't know what is wrong she has many problems. So her parents took her to the doctor who sends them to Texas Children's hospital heart center. There Hannah a cardiologist examines her and discovered Hannah was in heart failure and needed a heart transplant because it was so bad. Hannah needed to stay in the hospital while waiting for it. Hannah was going to be brave and ready for it. She was wondering when she will get her new heart. She knows with her friends, family and Orko by her side she will be just fine.
