Anxiety's got a strange mind. This story is not supposed to make a lot of sense and I know there are parts that are overly confusing and complicated. The story is written from Anxiety's PoV, but it doesn't state his name until the very end. The others he refers to are mostly Thomas and his other personalities/emotions. The "help" Anxiety refers to is symbolic of any help the character Thomas (not the person specifically, cause I don't know what goes on in his personal life) receives to get rid of Anxiety. I almost picture her to be iiSuperwomanii from the Battling Anxiety video, although the "help" is meaner. (She's kinda like Management, if you've read Don't Let Me Break More.)

Warning: This is MY and first theory. You don't have to like it so please be kind enough to not leave mean comments. This is a theory about the leaked TØP song: Heathens. I'm going to try to crack Tyler's mysterious lyrics down.

Josh is a soft guy with a not so soft appearance. His gages and punk red hair give off a totally different person. When he moves to Ohio and goes to a new school, him and another secret softy figure out about each others other side, the good side. Im sorry the description is shit, but I promise the story is better. The song Heathens inspired me to write this (incase you couldn't tell)

The story is based on the Heathens theory. Tyler is in prison. He (or blurry) did kill Josh. But Tyler don't remember. He keeps seeing Josh everywhere. I know the description is bad. The story is better.

Hate grows strong when fellow inmates Tyler and Josh meet. Little do they know what they have in common. Prison AU based on the song heathens, contains Brendon Urie, suicide squad characters, prison life, for the heck of it.
