As Chief Packard and Francis "Frank" Drake Kudo were about to plan to get ready to celebrate the momentous occasion, they assigned SMG4 and his friends to guard the film reel. But then, suddenly, when the film reel has disappeared as if it was stolen, it is now up to Chief Packard himself to go make a team of thirty people to go try to hunt after Evelyn Claythorne who has stolen it before it is too late.
