House could immediately smell the bullshit. He looked around the check if anyone else was within the room, the nurse had just left and only the four of them remained. The doctor leaned on his cane before casting a nasty glare to the couple, before bursting out in laughter. "That was the most failed attempt at bullshittery I've ever heard! You and I both know what's happening, you didn't need me for that. No vampire ends up like that in one day, let alone an evening. This had taken weeks of being unable to feed and out in the sun. Why do you think we use sunscreen?" House hooked the man's neck with his cane, pulling his face close to his own as he bared his fangs in a malevolent grin. "You two are going to pay for wasting my time and sleep, and well for making your kid suffer as well." A patient comes in with an illness that only House can cure. He had faced many challenges before. But can he accomplish caring for a new, twelve year old vampire who has her own personal Demons to face along with finding a home within House?

Taking place after season 8, Wilson has survived his cancer and him and House have continued to live together. Cuddy is back as Dean of Medicine, and after she rehires House and Wilson things look like they are finally going to have a happy ending. That all comes crashing down after House starts to claim that Wilson is acting weird. This story covers real world problems and the complexity of human relationships.

Gregory House has always believed everything can be broken down to a science. There is no one true religion because science sides with evolution. Love isn't the feeling everyone says it is because it's really just chemicals and hormones. In reality, were all just atoms floating through space and time that will evolve and eventually shut down and one day the whole history of the earth will be completely pointless. James Wilson is a believer. He believes in love and God and all of the little small things that make us human. His take on life is even if all of it is pointless he still had something to believe in. Something to give him hope. The thing about Wilson is that he's much different from house. Wilson is reliant on his feelings and his heart, whereas House relies on his brain and 160 milligrams of Vicodin to get him through the day. This being said, the two should want nothing to do with each other. And yet why won't House leave Wilson alone? And why does Wilson like it so much.
