Ngunit dahil sa isang trahedya, nakamit niya man ang kaniyang inaasam asam na kalayaan kapalit naman nito ay ang pagkawala ng kanyang mga magulang. Sa gabing iyon napagtanto niya kung gaano kadaya ang mundo at kung paanong hindi sumasang ayon sa kanya ang tadhana. Sa paglipas ng panahon, aayon naba sa kanya ang mundo o patuloy parin siyang dadayain nito?
