Her life is going pretty well, in her opinion, until she stumbles into the god of calamity, Yato. "Run" "I would let my life get taken away from me if that meant that i could safe you. Yato and Hiyori both have feelings for each other, but they know they'll have to say goodbye soon This is told in Yato and Hiyori's perspective. It's very brief and not very explanatory. I'm sorry. Btw, it's loosely based off of the lyrics to both of the Noragami endings, which are super sad if you examine the lyrics.

So . . . they're dead, huh? That isn't possible. That isn't true. When I open my eyes on the count of three, I'll be in the top floor of Daikoku and Kofuku's shrine, with Yukine right beside me. The night light will still be on, because if I don't leave it on Yukine'll be scared. In the morning, Hiyori will stop by and she'll probably bring us something before she goes to school. Yeah, that's it. I'm dreaming. It'll happen when I open my eyes . . . on the count of three. 1 . . . 2 . . . 3 . . . Open.
